While pursuing my passion for the study and practice of massage therapy, I obtain certification in a diverse array of therapeutic techniques including… Swedish, therapeutic, deep tissue, sports, hot stones, seated, pre-natal, gua sha, cupping, & auriculotherapy (ear seeding). I worked as a massage therapist for the 2011 Chicago marathon. I use massage to help my clients stay relaxed, prevent and recover from injury, gain mental focus and a sense of connection with their bodies.

I am a licensed massage therapist and have been dedicated to the art and science of massage therapy since 2003. After graduating from the Soma Institute of Clinical Massage Therapy in Chicago, I began a journey that has taken me from the heart of the city to luxury destinations around the world—including the Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas in the Caribbean, and now beautiful Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Over the years, my passion for this work has only deepened. I’ve had the privilege of helping clients reduce pain, relieve stress, and reconnect with a sense of balance and well-being. Whether it’s through therapeutic deep tissue work, relaxation techniques, or intuitive touch, I strive to create a personalized experience that supports both body and mind. Massage is more than just a profession for me—it’s a calling. I am a dual-licensed Massage Therapist and Aesthetician. I graduated from the Wisconsin Institute of Natural Wellness in 2005 and First Class Cosmetology in 2008.
