While pursuing my passion for the study and practice of massage therapy, I obtain certification in a diverse array of therapeutic techniques including… Swedish, therapeutic, deep tissue, sports, hot stones, seated, pre-natal, gua sha, cupping, & auriculotherapy (ear seeding). I worked as a massage therapist for the 2011 Chicago marathon. I use massage to help my clients stay relaxed, prevent and recover from injury, gain mental focus and a sense of connection with their bodies.

I am a licensed and Nationally Certified massage therapist. I graduated from The Soma Institute of Massage Therapy in 2003. Since then I have practiced massage therapy in Chicago, the Caribbean (5 years at The Ritz Carlton Spa, St. Thomas) and Lake Geneva, WI.
My dream for a life filled with health, vibrancy, and authenticity has led me on a path of self-discovery and inspiration. As well as being a massage therapist, I am a certified Brennan Healing Science Practitioner (energy healer) and Certified Holistic Health Coach.
